This small collection of boulder lies on the moors above Pateley Bridge, west of Guisecliff. There are a handful of nice problems, most of which take good lines including several good arete problems. The rock is similar to much of the rock at Brimham - ok but slightly gritty. There are two groups of boulders a short distance apart.
Approach from the road which leads south from Pateley Bridge past Guisecliff (see map). A good track leads to the boulders. The boulders marked on the OS map as Rowantree Crags are too small to be worth climbing; the problems described here lie slightly further on.

Jam (or otherwise climb) the crack in the centre of the slab. Ugh.
